Pain-free, damage-free tape-in extension removal in five easy steps:
1. Part your hair to reveal your extension tape bonds
2. Spray the remover onto the bonds and leave for 30 to 60 seconds
3. Massage the remover into the tape with your thumb and fingers, and then gently pull the two tapes apart, like you would with two pieces of Velcro
4. If the tapes still feel tacky, spray a little more remover between them before and gently pulling them apart
5. Comb out your hair, then shampoo and condition as usual.
