Hello Cake Shipping
Where do you ship?
- We currently only ship within the United States (all 50 states—we got you, Hawaii and Alaska!) and Canada. We hope to ship to more countries soon! Check back in the near future.
When will my order ship?
- Hello Cake orders generally ship within 2 - 3 business days of purchase. We ship Monday through Friday (except holidays).Typically, our products arrive within 5-10 business days if you live in the US and 10-15 business days if you live in Canada. Click on the tracking number on the order confirmation you received to see the exact journey your order will take from us to you.
Do you offer express and/or overnight shipping?
- Yes, we offer expedited shipping for $15. You can make this selection at check out under the Delivery section. We are unable to expedite shipments to Canada or Cake Meds orders. Please note that expedited orders will be shipped within one business day and are typically delivered within 2-3 business days of the date of your order. However, this does not apply to orders placed on Holidays, Fridays after 4pm PST, or over the weekend. In these cases, your order will ship the next business day. You will receive tracking information as soon as it ships.
Where can I find my tracking number?
- The tracking number will be in the email or SMS order confirmation you received. You can also find it under your Order History in your Account. If you can’t find it, reach out to us and we'll be happy to help.
How do I change my shipping or billing address?

How much does shipping cost?
- For US orders under $50.00, standard shipping is $4.95. For US orders over $50.00, standard shipping is FREE. Purchasing a subscription also provides free standard shipping for US orders.All Canada orders, regardless of order value, are $9.95.Expedited shipping costs $15.00 and is not applicable to Cake Meds or orders shipping to Canada. We do not assess any customs or duty charges for international shipments. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs, import duties, and taxes.We declare values on all of our international shipments on the full price of the order before any applied discounts.
